The Personal Edge is a personal weight training studio located in Vienna, Virginia.  We help our clients achieve maximum fitness results through sensible training  exercise protocols.  These protocols require clients to exercise very intensely, only once or twice a week, for 20-30  minutes.  Each exercise is done using very slow controlled movements, which decrease the likelihood of injury, reduce momentum, and stimulate your muscles to grow.

These protocols are  the safest, most efficient paths to fitness and are known to:
