          Welcome to the Personal Edge:

 

 

The Personal Edge is a personal weight training studio located in Vienna, Virginia.  We help our clients achieve maximum fitness results through training protocols such as HIT and SuperSlow. These protocols require clients to  exercise very intensely,  only once or twice a week, for 20 minutes. Each exercise is done using very slow movements, which decreases likelihood of injury, reduces momentum, and stimulates your muscles to grow.

These protocols are  the safest, most efficient paths to fitness and are known to:

Training tips:

Don't be afraid to mix thing up from time to time  Variety can help further growth and keep you from getting bored

Proper exercise should make the body stronger not weaker

Try throwing in negatives from time to time. Just make sure you move through the reps quickly .. That is not much rest between each rep..
